We have created over 50 different exercises to start your training. Every exercise has an indicated level of difficulty and cones needed for workout.
VERTICAL JUMP MEASUREMENT
Our latest feature! We have compared our system with the force plate at the Faculty of sports in Ljubljana, Slovenia and we discovered that our measurement is +/- 1 cm accurate. We will improve this accuracy in future.
STATISTICS
Statistics are stored for every team and every player. With this feature you can track your progress and compare yourself with previous results. It is a great tool for coaches to track their athletes during the season.
